Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Sacramento, CA)

Bluepeak Wren Care Services provides in-home and community support in Sacramento. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 872 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on caregiver training. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
