Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Field Housing manages affordable housing communities across Sacramento, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
