Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Drift Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Sacramento, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in guest bookings and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
