Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Rochester, NY)

Highbridge Birch Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Rochester. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
