Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Rochester, NY)

Redstone Fox Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Rochester. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
