Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Amber Medical Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on production lots. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
