Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Richmond, VA)

Westbrook Field Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
