Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Richmond, VA)

Foxglove Sparrow Facilities is a facilities company in Richmond with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in safety inspections and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
