Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Richmond, VA)

Foxglove Ivory Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Richmond. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in branch operations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on card disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
