Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Richmond, VA)

Westbrook Ridge Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Richmond. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in regulatory submissions and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
