Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Richmond, VA)

Bluepeak Keystone Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Richmond. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on harvest schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
