Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Drift Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
