Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Richmond, VA)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners is a nonprofit in Richmond supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
