Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Richmond, VA)

Rivermark Haven Auto Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in supplier deliveries and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
