Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Reno, NV)

Fernwood Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Reno producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in clinical studies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
