Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Reno, NV)

Clearpath Orchard Transit Planning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Reno. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on route schedules.
