Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Lumen Corner Auto Group is a Jacksonville company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in parts orders and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
