Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Ironwood Glen Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Pittsburgh, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
