Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Northwind Thistle Property Management Group is a Sacramento property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
