Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Silverline Glen Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Little Rock plant. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in customer specifications and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on production batches. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
