Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Juniper Farms and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
