Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Cedar Linden Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
