Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Willow Medical and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in training materials and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
