Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Highbridge Birch Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tulsa. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
