Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Orchard Farms and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on field records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
