Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Harborlight Meridian Legal Group Partners is a law firm in Knoxville serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in document review and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
