Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Thistle Staffing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
