Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Redstone Harbor Energy Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in outage response and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
