Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meadow Pharma and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on batch records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
