Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bluepeak Cedar Health is a healthcare provider in Chicago with clinics and support teams, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
