Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Lumen Forge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Hartford, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
