Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Highbridge Clear Arts Center is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in volunteer programmes and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
