Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Stonegate Yarrow Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the El Paso area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 595 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
