Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Lakeside Freight and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Investigate trends in loads and lanes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on proof of delivery. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
