Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Redstone Willow Medical is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in training materials and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
