Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Umber Facilities and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
