Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Community Partners is a Albuquerque charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in grant reporting and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
