Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Stonegate Sable Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
