Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Silverline Vale Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Birmingham region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
