Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Care Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
