Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Knoxville with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
