Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Ironwood Ashton Legal Group Partners is a law firm in Providence serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
