Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Linden Facilities Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on work orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
