Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Union Hospitality and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in supplier orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
