Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Rivermark Linden Legal Group provides legal services in Portland across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
