Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Pike Property Management and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 708 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on unit turnovers. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
