Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Beacon Markets and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in promotions and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
