Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Stonegate Nest Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
