Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Foxglove Cobalt Property Management looks after rental homes across the Atlanta area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
