Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Rivermark Drift Civic Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Investigate trends in procurement and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
